    How do I get to the ship from the airport?

    Answer
    Transfers are included, and you will be transferred from the airport to the ship and the ship to the airport on day of debarkation.

    All meals are included.

    What do I have to pay for while I am on the cruise?

    Answer
    Anything in the gift shops. Tips for your cabin steward, waiter and assistant waiter are optional but appreciated.

    Tipping is a personal matter, and your own judgment is the best guide. 12 Euros per day will pay for your room steward, waiter and assistant waiter. Bartenders, servers, deck stewards and other staff may be tipped as service is received.

    What should I pack?

    Answer
    Daytime dress on AMAwaterways is casual such as light or cotton clothing. Tennis shoes or low-heeled walking shoes are recommended for exploring the ports of call. While most shore excursions do not have dress codes, some tours specifically prohibit shorts and sleeveless shirts, and require ladies to wear knee-length skirts or slacks. Most every night is informal, feel free to dress comfortably in resort attire, jackets are not required.

    Do I need a passport?

    Yes. Effective December 31, 2006, the U.S. Government will require that all our U.S. citizens be in possession of a valid passport when traveling out of the United States.

    What do you do when the ship is in port?

    Answer
    There is a shore excursions every day in every port. If you stay onboard you can relax and take a hot tub, read a book or just hang out.

    Will I get seasick?

    Answer
    Chances are you will not. However, if you tend towards motion sickness, you can purchase something over the counter or see your Doctor before you go.
